Shin Shin Youth Group is affiliated with the California Government's non-profit charitable organization's Shin Shin Educational Foundation, which was founded in 1997 by overseas Chinese in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, USA. The members of the Shin Shin Youth Group are young people aged between 12 and 18 years in San Francisco Bay Area, California.
